His most recent role was as the Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Landis+Gyr, a leading provider of energy management and smart metering solutions. At Landis+Gyr, Thomas spearheaded significant transformation projects and successfully executed HR strategies across more than 30 countries.
Prior to his tenure at Landis+Gyr, Thomas held key HR leadership positions at renowned companies such as KLM, adidas, and Mann+Hummel. Throughout his career, Thomas has been instrumental in aligning people strategies with business objectives. His expertise lies in leadership development, organizational transformation, talent management, change management, and creating inclusive and high-performance work environments.
PUMA’s CEO, Arthur Hoeld, expressed confidence in Thomas’s abilities, highlighting his extensive background in organizational development and global HR management.
