The hospitality sector in Nigeria is facing significant challenges, according to Chibuikem Diala, the Executive Director of the International Hospitality, Tourism, and Eco-Sustainability Forum. Meanwhile, Karla Hala, the Group General Manager of Abuja Continental Hotel, underscored the importance of nurturing young talent in the hospitality sector. Hala proposed various initiatives to support the development of skilled professionals, including mentorship programs, training academies, and skill acceleration programs.
