Health management students’ perceived soft skills acquisition and university commitment play a crucial role in shaping their future careers. The study delves into the connections between skill acquisition and students’ commitment levels to their institutions. Soft skills, such as personal, social, and methodological competencies, are essential for success across various professions and organizations.
